First, we may need to make an inspection by seeing the bike. Note: This is chargeable. Please see our T&C's. Normally this can be claimed from the dealer on new bikes.
A brief description of the work that needs doing. Any performance issues you may be having with brakes and gears? Any unusual noises coming from the bike when pedalling or freewheeling or braking or changing gear? When was the bicycle last serviced and the type of riding?
We will contact you to book your service appointment. When we send a newsletter or service reminder you will have the choice to opt-out at any time. You may find you like our service and are happy to remind you that time of year that your bikes require's servicing.
